Requirements:

If you want to join Mats you have to fit the following requirements:

1. General Requirements: 》14+ (Mature). 》General Hours 1000+ (no exceptions). 》Be available for wipes and 1-2 a week for Team Practice. 》Have a Mic. 》Listen to all staff and don't ego.
2. PVP/MONUMENT - TEAM: 》Have 2000+ hours. (minimum exceptions, very skill based). 》Have clear coms. 》Have game sense. 》50M standing spray, 150M crouch spray. 》Clips or montage required.
3. BUILDING - TEAM: 》Have 1500+ hours. (Exceptions) 》Be able to work in unison with other builders. 》Work quickly and effectively. 》Be willing to rebuild if we get raided. 》Be willing to learn complicated base designs for large bases. 》Have base designs to show. 》Be prepared to keep evolving and making new base designs. 》50M standing spray, 125M crouch spray. 》Be available 1 or 2 times a week for base prep
4. ELECTRICIAN - TEAM: 》Have 1200+ hours. (Minimum exceptions) 》Know how to set up turrets, auto smelters, auto crafters, lights, heaters, etc. 》Be able to work in unison with other electricians. 》Put guns and ammo in turrets. 》Work quickly and effectively. 》50M standing spray, 125M crouch spray.
