- Overall Requirements: 〉14+ (mature) 〉Good Communication Skills 〉Clear Microphone 〉Be available for wipes and team practice 〉Screen Share Access 〉Listens to Leaders and Staff 〉500+ Hours Minimum (little to no exceptions) PVP - TEAM: 〉Have 1000+ hours. (minimal exceptions). 〉Have clear comms. 〉Have game sense. 〉50M standing spray, 150M crouch spray. MONUMENT - TEAM: 〉Have 900+ hours. (minimal exceptions). 〉Know all of the monuments. 〉Have clear comms. 〉Have game sense. 〉50M standing spray, 150M crouch spray. BUILDING - TEAM: 〉Have 800+ hours. (Exceptions) 〉Be able to work with other builders. 〉Work quickly and effectively. 〉Be willing to rebuild if we get raided. 〉Be willing to learn complicated base designs for large bases. 〉Have base designs to show. 〉Be prepared to change and making new base designs. 〉Be available 1 or 2 times a week for base preparations. ELECTRICIAN - TEAM: 〉Have 600+ hours. (exceptions) 〉Know how to set up turrets, auto smelters, auto crafters, etc. 〉Be able to work with other electricians. 〉Put guns and ammo in turrets. 〉Work quickly and effectively with organisation. FARM - TEAM: 〉Have 250+ hours. (exceptions) 〉Knows how to use every tool 〉Be able to work with other farmers. 〉Work quickly and effectively
