If you want to join CO2 you have to fit the following requirements:

  1. |PVP/Monument team| 3K+ hours (exceptions) have good comms/game sense Must know all monuments
  2. |Farmers| 1k+ hours (exceptions) Be committed - Farm without being asked (especially wipe day) Be able to defend yourself while farming solo
  3. |builder| Be on for the start of wipes and be able to finish the base Have your own designs (no YouTube bases) Be able to build a base for 10-20 people
